• You are not in receipt of any social housing supports
• You do not own a property
• Your household size matches the size of the property advertised
• Your household has only entered one application for a specific cost rental property at The Quarter City west
• Your net household earning is below €66,000. Net household earning is the combined net earning (after tax) of all householders over 18 years.
• You can afford to pay the cost rent for the home. Affordability is measured as 35% of net household earning
