Hooke & MacDonald was appointed as Lettings & Tenancy Managers of Hamilton Gardens in 2022. The development was built by Walls Construction and consists of 485 apartments.
Since the date of appointment, we have acquired 100% of a new fully let, best- in- class, mixed use, multi family led neighbourhood and community. Completed and successfully let on a block-by-block basis to reliable tenants between March 2022 and July 2023.
A compelling online brand presence and personality for Hamilton Gardens was created and activated over a prolonged period. Through our strategic digital marketing effors, a vibrant and engaging online persona was crafted for the development. Social media platforms served as dynamic channels for showcasing the property’s unique features.
The strategy enabled the successful letting of the 395 private apartments. Hooke & MacDonald meticulously selected show apartments, aligning with prevalent apartment types to maximize letting speed during each handover phase. Offering three distinct furniture pallets enabled regular marketing material refreshment and provided residents with diverse choices. Throughout the leasing campaign at Hamilton Gardens, strong rents were consistently achieved, redefining the location as a prime PRS development. Hooke & MacDonald maintained close communication with the furniture fit-out company to ensure timely completion for intended move-ins, managing resident expectations effectively.
Regular reporting and updates on letting progress were provided to the Client, allowing for informed decisions. Rents were adjusted with the availability of different unit types, ensuring competitive pricing. Hooke & MacDonald facilitated applicant approvals and assisted new residents with move-ins, providing comprehensive explanations of apartment systems and aiding in setting up utilities for a seamless tenancy experience.
