The development was handed over to the Client as a phased basis as cores were completed. Show apartments were chosen by Hooke & MacDonald with the most prevalent apartment types utilised for the viewings within each handover phase. As each phase was let and the next phase handed over, new show apartments were recommended by Hooke & MacDonald. Hooke & MacDonald worked closely with the furniture fit ouy company to advise them of tenant move ins and to ensure the apartments would be completed in time for move ins.
Hooke& MacDonald provided updates to the Client throughout the week on the lettings progress.
Rents were reviewed and increased as each phase was let. Hooke & MacDonald liaised with the client for applicant approvals. The lettings team met the new tenants of their chosen apartment for move ins and to explain the operations of the systems within the apartment and go through the tenant welcome pack.
