Cairn Homes is set to continue its run of developments along the Dunboyne Road in Maynooth, Co Kildare, adding Meadow View, a premium scheme of three- and four-bedroom houses and two apartment buildings, to the already established Mariavilla and Linden Demesne estates.
A total of 20 three- and four-bed semidetached houses are set to be launched this weekend, with prices starting from €630,000. The premium appeal of Meadow View is likely to attract those trading up from smaller homes, and potentially those who would like to swap their city lifestyle for that of a vibrant, historic town.
The development will consist of 40 houses and 40 apartments, spread over two sites facing each other, when complete.
Certain features elevate the homes at Meadow View, including high ceilings at ground- floor level, large windows and high-quality finishes throughout.

Completed showhouses of the Clover and the Rowan will be available to view, while the sales office will be running from a detached four-bed house. It is planned for the homes selling in this first phase to be ready to move into by the end of the year.
