Hooke & MacDonald completed the forward sale of Citywest Quarter, a purpose-built PRS development undertaken by Cairn plc, in a targeted low-key sales campaign.
The Citywest Quarter investment comprised 282 residential units laid out over six 6 storey buildings over basement car-parkin. The units comprise 30 no. studios, 84 no. 1 bed apartments, 162 no. 2 bed apartments and 6 no. 3 bed apartments.
Hooke & MacDonald & our joint agent Savills, were guiding €90 million and successfully achieved a sale to Urbeo for in excess of the guide price.
