Hooke & MacDonald advised on & successfully handled the sale of a New Build PRS Investment comprising of 214 high specification apartments, built by the Cosgrave Group at the Cualanor development located in Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin.
The Fairway investment comprised of four buildings totalling 214 apartments over basement car parking, which incorporated 25 one-bedroom, 129 two-bedroom, 4 two-bedroom plus study and 17 three-bedroom apartments and 39 penthouse apartments.
The sale was offered for sale in 2019 at a guide price of €95,000,000 and achieved well in excess of €100,000,000.
