Hooke & MacDonald have recently completed the sale of the Elsmore creche on behalf of Cairn Homes.
The Elsmore Crèche is located in a landmark premium development in Naas which was developed by Cairn Homes and comprises of over 500 high quality houses and apartments. The creche extends to approximately 684.4 sq.m (7,367 sq.ft) and was offered for sale in shell and core condition.
The development is situated next to Naas town centre and close to all access routes. Naas boasts an established transportation network offering direct access to Dublin, Cork, Waterford and Limerick via the nearby M7 motorway which was recently upgraded in 2021.
The creche is contained within the ground floor of an apartment block within the Elsmore development.
Hooke & MacDonald are experiencing strong demand from creche operators in the greater Dublin area from established creche operators who are looking to expand and are considering both purchasing and renting well located creches in 2023.
